Kim Hoyt

Kim Hoyt holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Cooper Union, and a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania.  Before starting her own practice, Kim worked for The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission; Edwina von Gal & Co.; The Central Park Conservancy; and Weintraub & di Domenico.  Kim is a licensed Landscape Architect and Architect in the State of New York.


Emily Neye

Prior to joining Kim Hoyt Architect in 2013, Emily worked on public projects throughout all five boroughs of New York City, ranging from large-scale plazas and parks to small neighborhood playgrounds. She received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College. Emily is a registered Landscape Architect.


Evelyn Zornoza

Evelyn joined Kim Hoyt Architect in 2009, with a background in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. Her past experience included many large-scale, complex public and private projects, such as the Greenpoint-Williamsburg Open Space Master Plan.   Evelyn holds Master of City Planning and Master of Landscape Architecture degrees from the University of California, at Berkeley.  She is a registered Landscape Architect and LEED certified.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with majors in Environmental Science and English, from the University of Pennsylvania.
